Ocean Beach Climate Change Adaptation Project

Rising seas and wave activity are reclaiming the south end of San Francisco's Ocean Beach. The city plans to build a seawall to protect threatened utility infrastructure. 

We are taking a science-based advocacy approach to ensure that the project adapts to sand shortages, choked beach access and failing infrastructure.
